History

Wendy White founded Siren Interactive in 1999 as a general market web design and eLearning company. Realizing that there were many people who could handle the underlying technology on the web, Wendy focused the company on marketing strategy from its earliest days. As the industry grew Siren saw its customer base concentrating more and more in the healthcare arena. In 2003, Siren began to focus all of its marketing efforts on healthcare, life science, and pharmaceutical clients. Since 2005, Siren has been 100% healthcare-focused. We have hired content professionals with healthcare backgrounds and developed our processes specifically to meet the regulatory and business requirements of this industry segment. Our focus is on helping our healthcare clients identify and implement an effective internet strategy.

This focus has had significant financial rewards as well, enabling steady and sustainable growth.

In the healthcare industry, our collaborative consultation model has been particularly effective, due in part to specific qualities of healthcare - the speed of change, financial issues, the highly complex clinical content, the widely diverse audiences, and the differences in technology access and comfort among user groups. Siren is able to anticipate and assist clients in creating models to accommodate and address these issues due to expertise in clinical content development and interactive design.

The Sirens of Mythology

In early Greek mythology, Sirens were prophets of great wisdom often described as having bodies of a bird and beautiful human heads. The Sirens lived on an island off the coast of Sicily and sang so beautifully that no mariner could resist their call. It was said that no traveler was able to sail past the island without succumbing to the sweet song of the Sirens.

Siren Interactive creates communications solutions that, like the song of the Sirens, are irresistible. Our creative interactive programs captivate and enchant all who encounter them - ensuring that your brand and message won't get washed up on the shore of a failed internet strategy.

Plus, we share the Sirens' ability to see new opportunities. We're always scanning the horizon and adapting to changing conditions.
