Account Manager Position
We are currently looking for An Account Manager. Siren focuses on eMarketing engagements for the healthcare industry. This individual acts as the primary point-of-contact for client accounts and lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns. Job duties include:
- Acting as primary point-of-contact with our clients
- Leading day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns
- Assisting in strategy development
- Authoring campaign summary/analysis
- Demonstrating working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources:
- Search Engine Marketing
- Online Media
- Email Marketing
- Web Analytics
- Website Effectiveness
- Research/Planning
- Proactively finding new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts.
- Mastering and maintaining vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
- Monitoring agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
Our ideal candidate has strong communications and people skills, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and solid problem-solving expertise. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency required and an understanding of the technical aspects of web design and deployment is highly desired. Management experience, two or more years leading interactive projects, and a college degree required.

Project Manager Position
We are currently looking for another Project Manager. Siren focuses on eMarketing engagements for the healthcare industry. This individual is responsible for ensuring the profitability of all projects through the tracking of hours and managing project resources. Job duties include:
- Managing multiple simultaneous complex projects
- Working collaboratively with the Account Manager, Creative Director, Group Managers and/or project team to create detailed and accurate project proposals, descriptions, estimates, functional and technical specifications, schedules, timelines, change orders, agendas, minutes and written status reports throughout the development process
- Managing project scope internally, including hours, resources, budget and timeline
- Working closely with Account Managers to assist with delivery of project, and serves as primary back-up to Account Manager in communicating and interfacing with the client
- Working closely and communicating regularly with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and profitability
- Alerting Account Managers to potential opportunities for account growth and new business within or related to existing projects
Our ideal candidate has strong communications and people skills, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and solid problem-solving expertise. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency required and an understanding of the technical aspects of web design and deployment is highly desired. Three to five years' experience managing interactive projects and a college degree required.
